CANCELLATIONS POLICY

• Booking warrants a 100% payment for stay, for a confirmation of date.
• The Guest is entitled to a refund if cancellation is made within12 hours of booking.
• Cancellations up to 15 days before Check-in date (before 1 pm) is entitled to a 75% refund.
• 50% refund is given for a cancellation up to 7 days before Check-in date (before 1 pm)
• All cancellations within 7 days of Check-in will not be entitled to a refund.
